Trainings of CRM and ISO Held in Longhu’s Offices of Western China

    Trainings of CRM and ISO were held by Ben Ni, director of Information & Marketing Division, respectively in Longhu Chengdu Office, united laboratory of Southwest University of Science and Technology, Xi’an Office, and Urumqi Office, from Dec. 10 to 16, 2007.

   Some rules demanded particular attention and some crucial operation methods of CRM were emphasized in the training and the setting of CRM was expounded. Our colleagues discussed the problems they had come up against when they operated the system and also expressed their opinions and made advice. All problems were settled after discussion. Through the training, our colleagues become deeply acquainted with CRM and make clear the operation steps, meanwhile, the setting of CRM system is consummated, which simplifies the operation and fulfills our real need. During the training of ISO9001, the necessity and applicability of ISO management system were conveyed and the quality guideline, target and each control process were explained in detail, with the purpose that the trainees comprehend the requirements of ISO9001.
